Dr. Jeff Crockett
Chiropractor
Dr. Jeff Crockett is from St. George, UT. He completed his bachelor degree in exercise science from the University of Utah. After graduating he worked at the University of Utah Orthopedic Center doing medical equipment for patients. He then went to the University of Western States in Portland, OR where he completed another bachelor degree in human biology and his Doctorate in Chiropractic.
So many patients suffer from debilitating spine and joint pain that uproots their life. Patients’ options are limited to injections that wear off, surgeries that don’t work and often make the problem worse, or expensive conservative treatment. Dr. Crockett started his clinic with proven and researched treatments to help patients get affordable routine care to help patients get out of pain because everyone can live a higher quality life without debilitating pain.
Dr. Crockett is our clinic director. He received his doctorate from the University of Western States. He helps patients live a higher quality of life.
Dr. Robert Miller
Chiropractor
Dr. Miller grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia, before relocating to St. George, Utah, where he attended Dixie College and earned an Associate of Science degree. Following his studies, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving six years as an electronics technician. During his time in the Navy and subsequent work in the field, Dr. Miller felt a calling to pursue a career in chiropractic care.
He went on to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he also completed a Bachelor of Science degree. At Palmer, Dr. Miller was an active member of the Palmer Student Alumni Foundation and the Student American Chiropractic Association and participated in several other professional organizations. His dedication to excellence was evident as he served as a Radiology Intern and a Clinical Teaching Assistant during his studies.
Since 2014, Dr. Miller has been providing wellness care at another chiropractic clinic, bringing his expertise and passion to the community. While serving in the Navy, Dr. Miller met his wife, Joy Anne. Together, they are proud parents of five boys.
In his free time, Dr. Miller enjoys hiking, rappelling, camping, biking, and traveling with his family. He is deeply passionate about chiropractic care, crediting it with transforming his own life. Dr. Miller takes pride in helping the people of Utah achieve optimal health and wellness through chiropractic care.
Estrella Roque
Patient Care Coordinator
Estrelle Roque is the Patient Care Coordinator who makes sure every patient feels seen, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk in. She joined the team because she’s passionate about helping people and loves building real connections while learning about each patient’s story. Estrelle believes chiropractic care goes far deeper than “just popping spines” and enjoys helping patients understand the full impact it can have on their lives. Outside the clinic, she enjoys crocheting, drawing, designing fashionable clothing—and a fun fact—she also owns a landscaping business.

Anna Ketring
Office Manager
Having grown up in a military family abroad, Anna found her way to Utah in 2018, drawn by family ties and a passion for holistic wellness. Graduating from the Aveda Institute with a Massage Therapy license in 2021, Anna’s journey into chiropractic care stemmed from her prior experiences managing yoga studios and spas. Her knack for revitalizing struggling businesses became evident when she joined Dr. Crockett’s office, channeling her expertise in both therapy and management to elevate patient care and operational success. Beyond her professional endeavors, Anna cherishes time with her husband of four years and their newborn, born in August 2023, marking the start of a beautiful new chapter outside the office walls.
Emma Hughes
Office Manager
Emma is the office manager at Utah Spinal Works, where she brings a passion for wellness and a unique perspective as both a nursing student and lifelong Lehi local. Since joining the team in March 2025, she’s enjoyed getting a behind-the-scenes look at the world of chiropractic care and holistic health. Emma is especially drawn to the preventative approach offered at the clinic and finds it incredibly rewarding to help patients feel significantly better—often after just a few visits.
Outside the office, Emma leads an active, family-centered life as the oldest of four siblings. Whether it’s boating, hiking, skiing, or playing sports, she loves spending time outdoors with her close-knit family. She’s also a college soccer player and full-time nursing student, balancing her studies with her drive to help others both now and in her future healthcare career.
Hailey Bastian
Patient Specialist/Receptionist
Hailey is a Patient Specialist and Receptionist who began working in this role in June 2024. Originally from Mesa, Arizona, she moved to Utah in August 2022 to attend Utah Valley University (UVU), where she is pursuing a business major with a specialization in Event Management.
Hailey entered the chiropractic industry because she loves helping others and interacting with patients. She knew she was in the right profession when she immediately felt welcomed and quickly adapted to the nature of the job.
Outside of work, Hailey is the oldest of four siblings. She has a deep passion for dance, having been a dancer for as long as she can remember. She now teaches at a local studio and coaches drill.
